Join SINA

Membership is open to the condominium associations and hotels of the Sunny Isles Beach oceanfront.

Who can join

Condominium associations controlled by their unit owners, and hotels, located on the ocean side of Collins Avenue between 15645 and 19575.

Membership belongs to the association or hotel, not to individual owners. Each member takes part through one Representative and one Alternate from its board.

If you are not sure whether your building is included, send the form and choose “Not sure.” SINA will confirm.

How joining works

  1. Submit the form below.

  2. SINA follows up with the membership application and dues information.

  3. Your board approves, in writing, one Representative and one Alternate.

  4. Your building is welcomed as a member.
